Restaurants

All meals are special events at Blackberry Farm.

Our Culinary team takes great pride in using only the finest ingredients to create memorable cuisine. Our chefs and Culinary team can take a break from the kitchen and gather fresh food from the Garden or forage for wild ingredients. This gives a whole other meaning to farm to table. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to work alongside and learn from guest chefs from around the world through various Blackberry Farm hosted events.

Provide professional and lasting impressions on guests as you interact with them on the wait staff. You have the opportunity to connect with guests on a meaningful level by sharing knowledge of Blackberry and property.

Our Beverage team cultivates the best guest experience with the idea that food and wine are inseparable. Whether you’re serving coffee or a signature cocktail, you will create the front line impression of beverage service.

We have six restaurants across all brands. Blackberry Farm has three restaurants: the Main House, the Dogwood and The Barn at Blackberry Farm®. Blackberry Mountain also has three restaurants: Three Sisters, Firetower and Sycamore.

The Main House

The breakfast and lunch experience at Blackberry Farm is set in the Main House dining room, the original home on property. Breakfast at the Main House is a classic, wholesome and fulfilling experience. Here, the classic breakfast menu includes Buttermilk Biscuits and Gravy, Farm Eggs from one of our local farmers and the chef’s daily griddle cakes, all enjoyed while overlooking the misty morning views of the Foothills of East Tennessee. Lunch is centered on wholesome salads, unique Southern sandwiches and soups that highlight seasonal and farmstead ingredients.

Three Sisters

From a certain angle, the mountain ridge that makes up Blackberry Mountain looks more like three distinct mountains rather than one undulating ridge. Because of this, the locals have always called this ridge Three Sisters. Our flagship restaurant, located in the Lodge at the heart of Blackberry Mountain’s property, gets its name from that story.

At Three Sisters, our guests experience both traditional and cutting-edge breakfast from Executive Chef Bonnie Moore, as well as an inventive four-course dinner menu from Executive Chef Joey Edwards, that changes daily with a focus on the local and foraged produce of our region. Three Sisters shares a culinary journey unlike any other. Meals are an opportunity to connect, refuel and refresh, and stunning views are served daily.

Executive Chef Bonnie Moore is a fun-loving chef with an appreciation for accountability and quality. She is fun to work for and work with. Her ability to keep the kitchen moving forward and the pace that she sets on the line is unrivaled.

Creative and inclusive are the words coworkers use to describe Chef Joey Edwards. When other chefs might rely on sous chefs to train and work with the line cooks, he is often found working with them to discuss techniques, product knowledge and the way behind our menu philosophy.

Firetower

What do you do after restoring a 1950’s lookout tower to its former glory? You build a restaurant around it. Perched atop the peak of Blackberry Mountain, the Firetower effortlessly marries casual ambiance with sweeping scenery to amplify its offerings of a light, seasonal lunch fare and an inspired three-course dinner experience from Executive Chef Joel Werner. It offers a breathtaking, unobstructed view of the scenery that awaits Blackberry Mountain guests.

Executive Chef Joel Werner is through and through an out-of-the-box thinker. He creates a kitchen environment that makes everyone feel like they have a place and purpose. You could be brand new or a veteran on the line, and you will feel like you are part of a tight-knit team. Chef Joel is amazing at the placement of his cooks and coaxing out their talents from the get-go.
